What counts as a valid sale

• A first-time customer buys health.md.
• The purchase is attributed to your unique AppsFlyer link within the 30-day window.
• The transaction is not refunded, charged back, canceled, or flagged as fraud.

What does not count

• Refunded or charged-back purchases.
• Fraudulent traffic, bot traffic, or spam distribution methods.
• Misleading claims about the app.
• Posts without required ad disclosure (#ad / #affiliate) when applicable.

Payout details

• Commissions are reviewed and validated before payout.
• Payout cadence: monthly (Net 30 after period close).
• Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD.
• Payments are sent via PayPal or Wise (as available).

Affiliate Program Terms

By using your assigned affiliate link or code, you agree to the terms below.

1) Program Participation

health.md provides each approved affiliate with a unique AppsFlyer link for attribution. You agree to promote health.md in a lawful and honest way.

2) Commission

Affiliates earn $1.75 USD per valid paid sale. Unless explicitly stated in writing, no recurring or lifetime commissions apply.

3) Attribution + Source of Truth

AppsFlyer reporting is the source of truth for clicks, attribution, and conversion counts. Attribution uses a 30-day click window and standard last-click rules unless otherwise stated by health.md.

4) Validation and Reversals

Sales may be held for validation before becoming payable. health.md may reverse or withhold commissions for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or invalid traffic.

5) Prohibited Activity

• No fake, incentivized, automated, or spam traffic.
• No false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated product claims.
• No impersonation or trademark misuse.
• No policy violations on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, or other distribution channels.

6) Compliance and Disclosure

You must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform requirements, including clear disclosure such as #ad or #affiliate where required.

7) Payment Terms

Payouts are issued monthly when your balance meets the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and handling your own tax obligations.

8) Intellectual Property

health.md grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved brand assets solely for promoting health.md during active participation in the program.

9) Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. health.md may immediately remove affiliates for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or policy violations.

10) Changes to Terms

health.md may update this program and these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, health.md is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to affiliate participation. Total liability will not exceed unpaid commissions properly due under these terms.

12) Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
